Under-Served Health Resources (USHR) is a 501c3 non-profit that is run by an experienced Board of Volunteers. Based in Des Moines, IA., USHR helps community-based organizations and health clinics reach marginalized populations through:
• Education on the benefits of telehealth and related healthcare services.
• Providing in-home connected devices for individuals with chronic conditions (examples includes RPM and RTM).
• Co-pay assistance (PAP) for those patients who financially qualify.
• Collaboration with research teams that include PI’s, PhD statisticians, Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, technology experts and others allowing USHR to conduct grant-funded research.
